Make Ahead 7-layer salad
If you are looking for a salad that is quick, easy and delicious? So give this seven layer salad to try. This salad is a salad ideal for family gatherings, pitch-in lunches, dinners, etc. Since it needs to chill all night is the perfect preparation ahead of the day. Have more time with your family and friends by making your salad in advance. And is so good. Everyone will enjoy it and it is perfect for your family and friends with diabetes. There is no need to worry about having a salad Special for diabetics or special dressings, etc. This salad is a good choice for all.
7 layers SALAD
4 cups mixed greens bites
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 / 2 onion, chopped sweet or mild
1 can peas frozen
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 package (8 ounces) low fat cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon fried crisp, crumbled
1 pkg Ranch dressing mix low-fat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
In a bowl clear the next layer ingredients in this order: lettuce, peppers, onion, frozen peas and eggs. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing mixture Ranch, mayonnaise and yogurt. Add the top layers in a bowl. Add cheese and bacon. Cover tightly with lid or aluminum foil, a plastic wrap, etc. overnight in refrigerator before serving. oblong or rectangular dish Rubbermaid or Tupperware type seal with lid is perfect for this recipe especially if you are going to carry the salad.
If you do not want to use the onion, replace it with a layer of cauliflower in small size.
Note: This is a good choice of salads for diabetics, because it has eggs, bacon, and dairy products included in it. This gives a balance of protein carbohydrates.

What a good brownie recipe that layer of caramel and white chocolate?
I can not find a recipe and they are so good. But have a bottom layer of brownie and caramel and white chocolate, then another layer of brownie. Make sure this is not caramel white chocolate.
