I know your body can’t use/process/whatever more than 30 grams of protein at one time. What happens if you eat more than 30 g at one time?
I eat cans of tuna, and they have more than 30 g of protein, so I was just wondering what happens with the extra protein.
Nothing, excess of proteins is not used by muscels and it leavs your body in form on urin.
