For the Graphics Cards, i have to option to CrossFire for ATI and SLi for Nvidea
Striker II extreme.
Intel® Core™ i7 processor Extreme Edition (if you can afford it’s $1000 pricetag!) but otherwise, just go for a Quad Core. Also note, the i7 will not fit in any of the motherboards you mentioned.
DDR3 2000 is the latest one available. There is no point going for such high latencies, 1600 mhz is enough.
A single HD4870 will own any of the cards you listed, except for a 9800 in SLI mode.
